J. RICHARD Secor has been juried in as a participating artist into the NOMADAS del ARTE Plein Air Exhibit/Sale for 2009-2010.  This is a 12-month exhibit in 6 states, Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas and Utah, consisting of 200 juried artists selected from a highly competitive field of artists in the southwest.  The artists may paint and submit 2 paintings done in any of the 6 states at any time throughout the calendar year of 2009.  The exhibit/sale starts during the month of April 2010 and tours the southwest until April 2011.
